Meditation is the practice of becoming more conscious and accepting of ourselves, of being fully engaged in the present moment and the way we interact with the world around us.
It has been scientifically proven to have countless benefits on physical, mental and emotional health, with increasingly more studies emerging to validate its effectiveness.
During our beginners meditation course, our certified meditation teachers will guide you through a variety of mindfulness practices and techniques, and will provide you with the materials for use at home or during our studio meditation sessions.
