The rhythm of the retreat
Here’s what you can expect on a sample day:
Morning – slow, grounded yoga practice (mix of slow flow, energise and breathwork) followed by a nourishing breakfast at Lontara
Daytime – free time to walk, wander, rest or explore, optional ocean swim, bike ride, quiet reading or journalling time
Late afternoon – restorative / rejuvenate-style practice to unwind and reset
Evening – dinner at Isola, with beautiful Italian-inspired food, conversation and collection.
Each day is designed to feel held, but not over-scheduled. You can choose to be social or quiet, adventurous or deeply restful – there’s no “right” way to retreat.

2016 Amalfi Coast Retreat Guest
“Putting myself in the hands of Myall Wellbeing was an experience I’ll never forget. From daily mindful movement to unforgettable cultural and culinary experiences, this retreat offered the perfect balance of wellbeing, beauty and immersion in the Amalfi Coast. It’s the kind of place — and experience — that finds its way into your heart and stays there.”
Chris Ward
2017 Positano Retreat
“My husband Ian and I joined Emma’s Positano retreat in 2017 after travelling through France, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our journey. We arrived in Praiano to a beautiful villa Emma had organised for our small, intimate group, made up of guests of varying ages and fitness levels.
Each morning began with optional yoga on the lawn overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea — an incredibly special way to start the day. From there, Emma had thoughtfully curated a wonderful mix of experiences including mountain walks, water taxis to Amalfi and Positano, a boat trip to Capri, and the most delicious seafood lunches and exceptional dinners.
